David M. Hill
David Hill has dedicated his practice of law to helping those in need. Currently, David represents individuals in their pursuit of Social Security Disability Benefits. He assists Clients at all levels of the Social Security Disability process, including the initial application, Administrative Law Judge hearings, and before the Appeals Council.
Prior to dedicating his focus to Social Security Disability law, David worked as a prosecutor and defense attorney in felony criminal matters. David obtained a bachelor’s degree in History from Brigham Young University. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Arizona State University. As a law student, David was involved in representing juvenile asylum seekers in immigration matters and also performed a complete bench trial in a criminal defense matter. Following law school, David assisted indigent clients in felony criminal matters and specialized in rehabilitation for individuals with substance abuse.
David is admitted to the State Bar of Arizona.
